Admission Procedure

Intake : 100 students in each Academic Session.

Admissions are done through written test, group discussion and personal interview. The students must have passed Bachelor degree examination of a recognized University with three subjects and an Indian language (or another Language subject in lieu thereof). Applicants should have studied at the degree level the two school subjects for which he/she is opting.

Having Graduate / Post Graduate from any University other than Calcutta are required to produce Migration Certificate without which admission will not be granted, though may be allowed provisionally.

Deputed teachers (upto 45 years age) from recognized schools are also considered. Certain percentages of seats are reserved for them.

The Prospectus and Admission Form will be available from the campus and corporate office on payment of Rs. 1000 /- in cash after notification in the news paper and website.

Age should not be more than 35 years as on 1st June of each year or as prescribed by the University / NCTE.

Mode of Payment

Fees are to be paid for twelve months of each year, July to June inclusive, according to University regulations. No student may send an application for admission to a university examination unless his/her fees have been paid in advance for the whole academic session. If a student withdraws from college, after two months of admission one calendar month's notice must be given in writing and fees must be paid up to the end of the academic year.

Fees once paid will not be carried over for future sessions. Fees paid at the time of admission are not refundable. A limited number of deserving students will be admitted at a reduced fee after due consideration of the financial circumstances of their parents and their academic merit. The privilege is granted for one term (six months) only, and will not be renewed for the next term if the student has failed to give satisfactory performance in  examination, conduct or attendance. A student absent from any of the term examinations without the sanction of the Principal, or without justification, will forfeit the above privilege.
